The Asset Management module works with the other modules based on the daily activity of the worker, the location of the worker and the actual job site where the work is taking place and which physical or resources are being used.
This module:
- Ensures each location has a detailed inventory of all assets, encompassing materials and human resources.
- Ensures the material assets are tracked, at receiving and shipping recording time and costs .
- Ensures regulatory requirements to maintain the assets are met and coincide with the maintenance/ repairs module.
- May require Special Asset Management programs to ensure a proper maintenance specifications or procedures to meet regulatory requirements. Eg.
-Pipeline Integrity
-Pressure Vessel Management System
-Management of Change program
- Tracks material resources and works with human resources to ensure special dates and periods of time are identified, achievements are reported and acknowledged.
