Harold J. Nikipelo, Chairman and Founder of CHARMS National Software Corporation and parent company Lifeview Ventures Inc. has been involved for 27 years as a member of an Emergency Response Team, functioning as a Paramedic/Fire Fighter, Certified Health and Safety Auditor since 1998 and Certified Health and Safety Consultant (CHSC) with the Canadian Society of Safety Engineering. "I know this program is long overdue. Imagine being capable of notifying residents through the planning data to seek shelter expediently as the event happens, or being able to ensure that all requirements needed for the incident are identified, addressed, confirmed and accounted for; and a program that encompasses all requirements to ensure due-diligence in both emergency and day-to-day operations", states Harold.

Robert W. Hladun QC
Legal Advisor to Board of Directors 
Robert W. Hladun QC obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) with major in Economics and a Law degree (LLB) from the University of Alberta. He was admitted to Alberta and Saskatchewan Bars in 1974 and 1982 respectively. He was appointed Queens Counsel (Federal Q.C.) in Dec 1992 and Honorary Counsel to the Dominican Republic in Aug 1989.
