The CHARMS (Corporate Health Asset Risk Management System) program has a number of modules to provide the only known functional operational ICS (Incident Command System) in the world that can physically run and/or manage a disaster. (Other known systems are for training only).
The CHARMS program is designed to ensure compliance with Municipal, Provincial, Federal Canadian, United States and International ISO,Occupation Health and Safety regulations.
All CHARMS users be able to demonstrate compliancy with regulatory requirements, decrease their liability by increasing due diligence, ensure accountability to an individual and demonstrate competency. Being compliant, fulfills the requirements of the Canadian Law Bill C-45, providing for legal liability in the absence of Due Diligence.
