- Provides guidance in completing the forms and pop – ups to educate the worker regarding their importance.

- Ensures, once the form is activated it will be tracked on both timelines, and review process thus ensuring all parties are aware of the situation.

- Provides immediate notification to both Supervisors, Safety Department and Managers to ensure all parties are aware of all incidents higher than a level 2.(This includes any property damage or injury).

- Provides the parties with reportable guidelines regarding reporting requirements and frequency.

- Assists the author ensuring all the required questions have been answered in order to complete the report correctly.

- Provides supervisors and management with a detailed report.

- Provides supervisors and management with a current trend analysis and ideas on how to eliminate or reduce the trend.
