International Marketing Director
Thomas (Tom) L. Fleshman, D.T.M, International Marketing Director of CHARMS National Software Corporation. Tom served over 25 years in the Edmonton Police Service and currently holds a private investigator licence. Along with some Private Investigator contracting, Tom has been a business owner/ Operator in the real estate field. Tom is well aware of the CHARMS program’s value and benefit to all. He has come on board with CHARMS because he sees a parallel with the “911” telephone number that has served every one for half a century. Tom says “Being prepared is a big step towards due diligence.”
