This module:
1. Provides Tracking of all training requirements by position.
2. Provides ongoing training including safe work practices when using hand tools or other specialized equipment and code requirements.
3. Provides simulated Emergency Response drills either on a single basis, or office wide at minimum intervals of 6 months.
4. Keeps track of all on the job training, and records competency results for the supervisors' reference.
5. Uses the other modules to assess the workers competence and provides detailed evaluations.
